Refunds/Returns

If you are unhappy with anything you receive from us please notify us as soon as possible within 24 hours of receipt. Full refunds can only be granted if the product is returned in original state (ie. un-opened/un-eaten/within best before date). Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Baking Sinsations, but only under certain circumstances.

Allergens/Storage/Shelf Life

All products labels contain a list of ingredients with allergens highlighted in bold. If you have a specific allergy we would recommend you contact us to discuss the ingredients prior to purchase. Where products require refrigeration this is also stated on the label. Otherwise, it is our recommendation to store products in airtight containers at room temperature.

Many of our products are suitable for home freezing. If you have questions on how best to do this we ask you to contact us.
